Our training programs encompass 70 various Course Modules.

Our workshops cover all aspects of contents restoration from claims management, job operations and estimating to Xactimate strategies and invoice composition. Packout, inventory management and documentation as well as a full range of technical courses are available, including ultrasonics and electronics restoration, as well as advanced hand cleaning, specialty item recovery classes and much more.There are approximately 70 course modules in the complete Fireline training program.

Your Place or Ours.

In addition to our regularly scheduled workshops, Fireline also offers private educational events held at out training center in Scottsdale AZ. As a reward and acknowledgment to team members for a job well done, many companies have opted to schedule private training events for their entire contents crew away from the work environment. Team members get a break from their normal day to day duties and return back refreshed and rejuvenated and ready to implement the new procedures and protocols learned. Training events can also be scheduled at the customer’s facility. These onsite workshops are popular as they can be custom tailored to meet the specific needs of the company. Onsite training can be scheduled for one to four days based on customer needs. Fireline training is also available at various location across North America.
